Lico Whitfield has been navigating the world between commercial and non-profit theater management for nearly two decades. Prior to joining EBP he served as general manager for  the Classical Theater of Harlem, Production Manager for The Public Theater, Associate Producer for the Atlantic Acting School, and Producing Director for The Amoralists. Lico also worked with Kenny Leon’s True Colors Theater Company where he was instrumental in launching the national August Wilson Monologue Competition for high school students. Lico holds an MFA in Theater Management from the Yale School of Drama and a BFA in Acting from Rutgers, Mason Gross School for the Arts.
